Welcome to Hutt Valley Worship Group, we are a smaller group but we welcome newcomers and visitors.
We usually meet monthly in Petone on the third Sunday of each month, and many of us also attend the Wellington Worship Group on other Sundays. Being a smaller group, our worship is relatively informal. We value the proximity we have to the various other faith groups that also meet at Petone Community House on Sunday mornings, which gives a sense of our being part of a larger whole.
Our group includes some with little background in formal religion, some who have come to Friends from other denominations, and some lifelong Quakers. Whatever your background, if your seeking has brought you towards Quakers or if you're just curious, you are most welcome to pay us a visit.
