Epistles

George Fox used widely circulated letters (epistles) to encourage and spread the word among Quakers. The practice of sending epistles around all the Quakers network continues to this day.

At the annual Yearly Meeting Gatherings Quakers agree on the messages to be contained in the annual epistle designed to be circulated around the world.

Here are epistles circulated by the New Zealand Aotearoa Yearly Meetings since 2009:
