A Day Exploring Grief and Loss

Grief takes many forms; it may not necessarily be the death of a loved one, but we often mourn the loss of our health, our home, our sense of being able to make a contribution as we age. We may be grieving for someone or something before the event – this anticipatory grief can be just as difficult to cope with.
