POSTAGE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF BOOKS EXCEPT FOR SALE BOOKS OR DELIVERY TO RURAL DELIVERY ADDRESSES. Rural Delivery is $5.50 extra per parcel due to increased costs. Sale books incur a postage charge of $9 for one to three books, and $9 for each one to three books thereafter. All other books have postage and handling included in the price.
