Apologies for profusion of email - so much is happening, compounded by my oversights.

I believe that we have made much progress, but also some wrinkles. It has been noted, for instance, that Quaker process has not always been used to full effect.

Also there are some administrative details which should be clarified by the YM Clerk's letter this Tuesday.

I suggest that this 3pm Wednesday Forum will be a great opportunity to assess where we are, and how we move forward. Perhaps we could have a process something like this?

• Opening and welcome
• Silence
• Round of reflections - what has this process meant for you?
               feelings positive and negative.
• Comments in overview to summarise - a few people speak.
• Round of thoughts on next action?  ?offerings of contributions?
• Comments in overview to summarise - a few people speak.
• Use of Quaker Website?
• Other items
• Silence
• Close

Would appreciate any comments on this proposal.
