Wellington Friends Centre, George Fox House

George Fox House is next door to the Quaker Centre and Meeting House, Friends House, within easy walking distance of Courtney Place in downtown Wellington and on the bus route for the airport. The harbour and Oriental Bay is a short walk away.

Charges are moderate and include bed and breakfast. Booking ahead is essential. Stays are usually limited to 5 days. One twin room and one with a double bed, both with own shower and toilet. Small kitchenette with fridge and microwave and dining area is reserved for guests. There are numerous places to eat downtown nearby.

Please advise your expected time of arrival to make arrangements for entry.

Guests are warmly invited to attend Meeting for Worship on Sunday and Wednesday with us and get to know local Friends.
