Come to YM2026 - 10-13 April - online and in-person at Columba College in Dunedin

Friends of Dunedin Monthly Meeting warmly welcome you to Yearly Meeting 2026.  You can participate in Yearly Meeting either in person in Dunedin or online.  The online option will enable participation in business sessions, with some opportunities for social catchup with others. If you are not able to attend the whole of Yearly Meeting, you are welcome to attend for part of the time, either in person or online.

The optional in-person Preparation Day starts at 2 pm on Thurs 9 April. It gives us an opportunity to prepare ourselves for Yearly Meeting, separate ourselves from the demands of ordinary life, and find some centring for ourselves. Some sharing with others for some of the time can enhance this.

A chance to connect

"For me, my first Yearly Meeting gave me a chance to learn about the people who are part of the Aotearoa New Zealand community of Friends. The exciting thing for me was to meet people of my parents’ and grandparents’ ages who were still enthusiastic, concerned and involved in peace issues and social change.

"I know many ‘radicals’ of my age lose heart and become ‘conservative’ in the grind of work and mortgages. I gained a seed of hope that not everyone follows that path."
